Goutum pumping station

Our recent collaboration with architect Nynke-Rixt Jukema led to the successful transformation of the Boom Station in Goutum. This historic pump house, which has been part of the landscape near Leeuwarden since 1928, was empty for years. With a passion for preserving cultural heritage and an eye for innovative architecture, we have provided the constructive development of this project.

The Booster Station was a challenge and an opportunity. It was a challenge to maintain the existing structure while providing it with modern elements to make it suitable for a contemporary office.
